Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for customer spelling errors.

Personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly personalised by us.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.

Delays caused by postal services, customs or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
