When will Vow Vegas launch?

Where do you ship?

We plan to ship throughout the UK, with international shipping to follow. As we grow, we'll be adding more destinations so brides around the world can enjoy Vow Vegas.

How long will delivery take?

Many of our items are carefully prepared or personalised, so estimated dispatch times may vary. On average orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Do you offer personalised products?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names, initials, wedding dates or special details. Personalisation options will be shown on the individual product pages.

I'm getting married in a few days. Can you help?

Can I return my order?

We hope you'll absolutely love your Vow Vegas purchase. If you're not completely happy, eligible non-personalised items can be returned within our returns period. Unfortunately, personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Are your products handmade?

Many of our collections are designed exclusively for Vow Vegas and are carefully sourced or handcrafted with attention to quality and detail. Product descriptions will explain how each item is made.

Can I send a Vow Vegas gift directly to the bride?

Absolutely. Many of our products make beautiful bridal gifts, and we'll offer elegant gift packaging on selected items.

Will you be adding new products?

Definitely! Vow Vegas is designed to grow with every collection. We already have exciting plans for bridal accessories, keepsakes, travel essentials, gifts and much more.
