Returns & Refunds

At Vow Vegas, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Free from damage, marks, perfume or signs of wear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards.
• Any item that has been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item

Please email us at support@vowvegas.com with:

• Your order number.
• Your name.
• The reason for your return.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
